Return & Refund Policy
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
1. How do I return ?

In the mail,
add your name
your order number
state the reason for refund
make sure you attach photos of the product to returned
share a phone number that can be used to contact you during the return procedure.
On receiving the mail our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
2. Are there any charges for return?
No, all returns are free of cost.
3. What items are not returnable?
There is no return on items marked as SALE. In case you still wish to return the product, please note that the shipping charges of Rs 150/- will need to be borne by the customer for sending the product back to us. Free gifts & promotional items are not returnable.

4. Why will my return rejected?
Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.
5. How soon will I get my refund?
The refund shall be initiated after the return item has been delivered to our warehouse and inspected by us.
6. I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers via email or WhatsApp once we initiate the refund procedure.
Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days.
